PHOTOGRAPHY RETURNS

We try to be very detailed with our descriptions, measurements, and our photos. While we have calibrated our printer to produce results similar to our web-images, because photos appear very differently in a back-lit digital environment (computer, phone, etc.) versus printed on paper, the appearance of the image may vary slightly.

Likewise, our Chromaluxe Sublimation print vendor uses equipment that matches our original images to the closest degree possible, but there may be some slight variances.

If you are filling a specific space on your wall, please measure first and accommodate for frame size before your purchase.

While all items are sold as-is and all sales are final, we understand that occasionally items are damaged in shipping. If your item arrives mishandled or damaged in any way, we will be happy to refund your money within 14 days of purchase and guarantee your satisfaction! Please send us an email or written letter explaining your need for return and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We may have to follow up with additional steps to make a claim with proof of damage, so please keep your box and packaging until we collect everything we need.

INFINITE OBJECTS CINEMAGRAPH RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your Infinite Objects Cinemagraph is defective or damaged, we will try our best to comply with their return/exchange policy, which goes as follows: “We are happy to replace or exchange any Object if it is received defective or damaged. In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a defective or damaged Object please reach out to us at support@infiniteobjects.com within 7 days of your Object being received along with an image or video of your defective Object. Exchange requests received outside the 7 days of receiving your Object are subject to higher approval.”
