Bagdad Airstream – Newberry Springs, California
$40.00 – $525.00
Long Exposure Photograph of an Airstream along Route 66 in Newberry Springs, California. Fun “Fact”: Legendary actor Jack Palance is rumored to have stayed in this old trailer during the filming of the 1987 cult classic film, Bagdad Cafe. The still functioning cafe sits stage left, packed full of European travelers hankering for a greasy plate of American grub. To shoot this gleaming gem, we waited for a semi truck to come barreling down I-40 in the background to capture the streak of head and tail lights; then popped a couple green strobe blasts through the back window. The full moon did the rest.
